Due to the nature of B2B IT consulting, custom web development, and digital infrastructure services, the time and expertise invested by RIVOOLT LLC cannot be returned. Therefore, all payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project or monthly retainer, they must provide written notice to contact@rivoolt.online at least 15 days in advance. The client will only be billed for the hours worked or milestones achieved up to the date of cancellation.
We value our client relationships. If you are unsatisfied with our consulting services, please contact us immediately. We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include service credits or revisions, at our sole discretion.
